Bibim Bap for Dinner

BIBIM BAP FOR DINNER
written and photographed by
Laura E. Williams

We are making bibim bap for dinner tonight. In Korean, bibim means "to mix together," and bap means "rice."

Bibim bap is one of my favorite meals!

We start with the rice. I add four cups of rice and four cups of water to the rice cooker. Rice absorbs water. When it is done, we will have eight cups of cooked rice.
