MARY CAPPELLINI was born in Los Angeles, California. She is an educational consultant specializing in teacher training and staff development. Mary has written, photographed, and translated many children’s books, including IN THE MOUNTAINS, CONFETTI EGGS, and I PLAY SOCCER for Bebop Books. Mary lives in Newport Beach, California, with her husband, their three daughters, and their pet rabbit Blanco.
