ANASTASIA SUEN is a full-time children’s book author who has written over 50 books for children, including the award-winning BABY BORN and TODDLER TWO, both published by Lee & Low Books, as well as several Bebop Books’ titles. Anastasia knows that learning the values of coins can be confusing because they are all different sizes, so she wrote this book to help children out. She lives in Plano, Texas, with her husband and their children.

FARAH ARIA was born in San Gabriel, California. Once a schoolteacher, Farah is now a full-time illustrator. Coming from a diverse background herself including Iranian, Mexican, and African American roots, Farah loves to illustrate children of varying ethnic backgrounds. She researched this book by counting coins and eating lots of ice cream with her son. Farah lives in South Pasadena, California, with her husband and son.
