MARY CAPPELLINI was born in Los Angeles, California. She is an educational consultant specializing in teacher training and staff development. Mary has written, photographed, and translated many children’s books, including FISH PRINT, CONFETTI EGGS, and I PLAY SOCCER for Bebop Books. Mary lives in Newport Beach, California, with her husband, their three daughters, and their pet rabbit Blanco.


CHERYL NATHAN was born in Burbank, California. She is a full-time illustrator who was worked on many children’s books. Her illustrations have been recognized by the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators and chosen for display in the society’s Original Art Show. Cheryl has been drawing and creating art for as long as she can remember. She lives in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
