MARY CAPPELLINI, also the author of I PLAY SOCCER, was born in Los Angeles, California. She is an educational consultant specializing in teacher training and staff development. Mary has written many books in English and Spanish for educational publishing companies. She also loves to take photographs. Mary lives in Newport Beach, California, with her husband, their three daughters, and their pet rabbit Blanco.
