JOSIE FONSECA was born in Sinton, Texas. After a career as a respiratory therapist, Josie became a full-time mom and writer. Her children’s books include Bebop Books’ CONFETTI EGGS which she co-authored with Dani Sneed. Josie enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and baking. She lives in Kingwood, Texas, with her husband, their two children, and three pets, which include a dog, a turtle, and a fish.

DANI SNEED was born in Bloomington, Indiana, and she earned a degree in chemical science at the University of Oklahoma. Now a part-time writer and substitute teacher, she enjoys sharing her science knowledge with kids. Dani lives in Humble, Texas, with her husband, their three children, a dog, a bird, and two gerbils. Sneed also provided the photographs for PUNCHED PAPER.
